Warranty Information: Jewelry
While we at Sea Song Designs always strive for perfection, unfortunately, errors do happen. Your Sea Song Design jewelry is warrantied against defects of workmanship and materials. If a problem arises, simply contact us at seasongdesigns@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Warranty Information: Pocket Watches
Our pocket watches are the only items that we do not make by hand here in the shop. They comprise a carefully curated selection of historically inspired timepieces meant to invoke the feeling of Steampunk Victoriana, and come with a one-year warranty against manufacturer's defects. If a problem arises, simply contact us at SeaSongDesigns@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Payment and Shipping
All forms of credit are accepted, as well as bank cards and PayPal. Select your preferred option at checkout. Shipping will, by default, be via USPS Priority. If you have a different preference, please contact us when you place your order.
Returns & Refunds
Items may returned for store credit within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Please email us at SeaSongDesigns@gmail.com and include your contact information and a photograph of your purchase, and someone will contact you within 24 hours.
