Filigree Mechanical Pocket Watch
Get your Steampunk on with this fabulous filigree watch! A black tungsten finish and 25" chain and fob complete the look. Watch dimensions are approximately 2" x 2.75", just the right size to fit into the watch pocket in a vintage waistcoat or a standard pair of jeans.
Please Note: This watch is a tugsten black. The red background, while providing excellent detail, makes the watch photograph as more of a bronze color, but the watch is, in fact, black.
Care and Winding Instructions:
With the slightest bit of care, you will get many years of pleasure from your historically inspired watch. To set your watch, pull the stem at the top and turn it counter-clockwise, so that the hands are moving forward (clockwise), not backwards. Always go forward, Never go back- a motto for life, and for pocket watches. To wind your watch, push the stem back in and turn it clockwise. Wind only once a day, and only until you begin to feel resistance, so as not to damage the spring. For large watches, start with 20-25 turns. For globe/librarian watches, start with 8-10 turns.
